Return and Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
Scheppachdirect will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery charges will be charged by the operator for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days after the day on which the consumer notifies him of the revocation. Unless the trader offers to collect the product, he can wait to return until he has received the product or demonstrates to the consumer that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Scheppachdirect uses the same method of payment for reimbursement to the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free for the consumer.
Cancellation of your order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as your order has not been sent. There are no cancellation charge. You may cancel your order by creating a ticket via the contact page or by creating a ticket which contain the information that you want to cancel and specifying the order number. (without order number indicating the order is not cancelled!)
Any payment will be refunded within 14 days.
Returns procedure
Do you want to return an item? Then we ask you to do the following. So we can handle your return as smoothly as possible.
• Report at our customer service that you want to exchange or return an order. This is done by creating a ticket via the contact page or by creating a ticket on your account to select pages and then department expedition.
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request.
• You will receive email instructions for sending the article.
• The shipment must be returned at your expense.
• Upon receipt of your shipment, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail.
The cost of returning an item are your responsibility. Shipping Charged are non-refundable and deducted from your purchase amount.

Procedure Service Department
If a product fails, you can submit it to our service. For this, you must observe the following conditions.
Machine is out of warranty:
• Sign always at our service that you have a fault in your machine. This is only by creating a ticket via the contact page and select department ‘workshop’
• Mention in this mail the exact complaint, your order number, address and what you expect from the service.
• You are eligible for the Pick-up and Return service as this is mentioned in the product description on the website. With this Pick-up & return service, we will pick you up at your home machine, for this you will receive a return ticket from DHL/GLS.
• You must then send, duly packaged with the outside of the address of the sender, the machine to us.
• Upon receipt of the machine we will further reports about the state of affairs.
• If the machine goes unrepaired return, there is always 30,00 Euro excl. VAT & handling fee.
Machine is in warranty:
The standard factory warranty is one year.
• Sign always at our service that you have a fault in your machine. This can be done by creating a ticket via the contact page.
• Mention in this mail the exact complaint, your order number, address and what you expect from the service.
• If the machine is under warranty always send the following information:
• Copy sales receipt;
• Certificate if the manufacturer extended warranty.
• You are eligible for the Pick-up and Return service as this is mentioned in the product description on the website. With this Pick-up & return service, we will pick you up at your home machine, for this you will receive a return ticket from DHL/GLS.
• Send, duly packaged with the outside of the address of the sender, the machine to us.
• Upon receipt of the machine we will further reports about the state of affairs.
• If the machine goes unrepaired return, there is always 30,00 Euro excl. VAT & handling fee.
CAUTION:
If the application does not meet the above conditions, it is always returned!
Afterwards register your machine or submit the proper paperwork is not possible!
