Delivery and payment
We aim to dispatch orders within 48hrs (weekdays) please then allow 24-48 hours for delivery.
Larger items 75kg+ or to some northern locations may take slightly longer.
At the moment we are set up for Paypal payments which you can use even without an account if you want to pay with a card. Any issues with payment please send us a message and we will get in touch to assist.
Warranty and repair
We offer a 30 day and 1-year warranty plan.
Up to 30 days. We will collect and refund any new and unused machine, no cost to your self. If within 30 days a fault occurs we can repair/replace but you are entitled to a collection and full refund.
Over 30 days to 1 year. If a fault occurs we will either repair and if we can not repair we will replace with a like for like condition machine, again at no cost to you.

Buying over the internet
We realise that orders placed over the Internet especially after the global pandemic are ideal. Our ’30 day new and unused’ will cover you if you have a change of mind if the machine arrives and is not what you expected. Please also note that ordering over the internet we depend on couriers, you will need to be available to accept goods and also if for any reason the item needs to come back you will need to pack it for its return delivery.
Complaints
Scheppach Direct aims to be as accurate as possible in handling of your order. For any issues on our end we will reach out to you to resolve them, we will be completely honest if we are at fault and do what we can to make things right. Depending on couriers we put our reputation in their hands, again any issues we are here to assist and make sure the transaction goes as smoothly and without issues as it should be.
